As a foundation that aims social and cultural development as its core philosophy, we believe that encouraging creativity improves the quality of life of the whole society.

For this purpose, we have been giving awards on behalf of our founder Aydın Doğan every year since the day we were founded, in order to reward individuals and institutions that have been praised in various fields such as culture, art, literature, and science, in both national and international platforms.

Aydın Doğan Award is Viewed as one of the Most Prestigious Awards in Turkey

Educating future generations and encouraging them to exemplary achievements in their lives is among our award criteria as it is one of the main missions of our foundation. Because we care deeply about devoted work in various fields, the experience created over time and the transfer of this knowledge to future generations.

While the areas to be awarded are determined meticulously by the Foundation's Board of Directors, we also make sure that the selection committees consist of members who are believed to be competent and impartial in the field in question for the award.
