Micro-Grant and Mentorship Program

As the Aydın Doğan Foundation, we have long been implementing initiatives aimed at empowering girls and helping them develop leadership skills, while promoting equal opportunities so they can fully realize their potential. Through the projects we carry out under the banner ““Empowered Girls, Empowered Futures” we seek to support girls in acquiring active citizenship skills, continuing our work through scholarship programs, leadership camps, social responsibility projects, and educational activities.

We place great importance on enabling girls and young women to participate as active actors in efforts to advance gender equality and on supporting the projects they aspire to develop in this field as the leaders of tomorrow. At the same time, we emphasize the need to strengthen the work of local civil society organizations in Türkiye that have limited access to grant opportunities and operate as legal entities, including associations, foundations, and cooperatives.

Within this framework, the Aydın Doğan Foundation is launching the Micro-Grant and Mentorship Program as part of the ““Empowered Girls, Empowered Futures” project, implemented with the financial support of the European Union under the IPA III Support to Rights‑Based CSOs Working on Social Inclusion and Youth program.
